Payment Options

Payments are accepted through Paypal, if you do not have a Paypal account, the shopping cart system will prompt you for your payment and personal information at the end of the checkout process. It is very simple and easy. If you already have an account, simply login as instructed and follow the prompts. You can also change payment options within the Paypal website.

Otherwise, we will accept certified money orders from recognized banks or email money transfers if you are with a participating Canadian bank. Please contact us if this is how you would prefer to make payment. We can not ship the order until the payment has cleared at the bank.

Your privacy is very important to us so personal information will not be disclosed to anyone under any circumstance. 


Shipping

We use Canada Postal Services Expedited Parcel for all orders shipped within Canada and the USPS (vie Canada Post) for US orders. A tracking number as well as a link to the postal website is provided in a shipping confirmation email by the postal service so customers may keep track of how their shipment progresses.

Returns


We can not accept returns on any merchandise due to disease concerns. However, if merchandise and packaging should be damaged during shipping, let us know within 48 hours, at which point we will try to make arrangements with the shipper to resolve your claim.

Keep in mind that most birds need time with the new toy so they may become accustom to it. If your parrot still doesn’t show any interest, then try positioning the toy in a different area of the cage or play gym. If this fails, try attaching a familiar toy part onto the new toy or stuffing favorite treats into the nooks and crannies. It’s always advisable to leave the toy lying near the cage so the bird can watch it and see that it isn’t a threat, perhaps letting your bird watch you play with the new toy and encouraging him or her to come and investigate would also be advisable.
